Privacy Policy

Last updated: Draft, not yet published

This is a starting draft, not a finished policy. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and should not be relied on or published as final. DOHRA has a genuine dual role worth a lawyer's specific attention: it's a data controller for its own direct users (dealership staff accounts), and a data processor for the customer data it handles on each dealership's behalf. That distinction needs to be addressed properly before this goes live.

Who we are

DOHRA Network ("DOHRA", "we", "us") provides software for automotive trade businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Depending on how you use DOHRA, this may include: account details for dealership staff (name, email, role), business details for the dealership itself, and customer or vehicle records that a dealership stores within the system on its own customers' behalf.

Why we collect it

To provide the service: running your account, storing your dealership's records, generating documents, and processing the features you use.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run DOHRA (for example, hosting and email delivery). We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as necessary for legal or operational reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, among other rights. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
